As Deputy Chairwoman of Alarinova Real Estate and Tourism Investments, a venture she co-founded with Dr. Alaa, Dr. Kawsar is dedicated to realizing a legacy of excellence in Egypt's architectural landscape. Together, they are committed to developing enduring spaces that reflect the rich cultural heritage of the region while meeting the needs of modern, conscious living. Leading a career as a Senior Academic in universities in the UK, Australia and the US, Dr Noha specialises in the design of public spaces as places for social interaction and wellbeing.
She has set up a number of consultancies, mostly social enterprises, where social impact and social value in architecture and urban design are prioritised. She has advised the Council of Europe, the Welsh Government, local government bodies in the UK, and the private sector to transfer ‘lived experiences of place’ into sustainable policy and design. She is widely published.

Dr. Nevine Nasser is a London-based architectural consultant who specialises in reinterpreting traditional design vocabularies to create contemporary, handcrafted spaces in harmony with nature and the cosmos. Dr Nevine’s work integrates research and practice and she values a personal, collaborative process, ensuring thoughtful, meaningful outcomes for her clients.

A director of the global forum Architecture, Culture, and Spirituality and a trustee of The School of Sufi Teaching in London, Nevine is dedicated to fostering a more meaningful and interconnected world, celebrating unity and cultural diversity.
Dr Nevine holds a doctorate from The King’s Foundation School of Traditional Arts, a master’s in sustainable architecture from University of East London and a bachelor of architecture from Cairo University. Her work has been recognised by HRH King Charles III and is published widely.
